What is a Virtual Assistant?

A Virtual Assistant (we are known as VA's for short) is the internet equivalent of a Secretary or Personal Assistant. We perform the same functions that your traditional PA would, but without being employed by you. A VA provides assistance in exactly the same way as a traditional administrator but we work remotely, usually from home.

In an office environment, we would be called Administrative Assistants, in the online world, we are VA's!
