Terms and Conditions

A full list of our Terms and Conditions will be supplied with a copy of our Standard Contract (via email or fax, whichever is preferable), once the job has been quoted for and agreed to. This must be signed and dated and faxed back to VyA as acceptance of our Terms and Conditions prior to the commencement of any work.

VyA reserves the right to refuse, without explanation to undertake work which we believe to be unlawful, outside of our skills sector, or unethical. Our clients will not request that we undertake any work that is illegal, immoral, discriminatory, or breaks copyright laws and infringements.

VyA guarantees that all work is handled in a confidential manner and will not be disclosed to any third party, unless specifically requested in writing by the client.
