An initial consultation with a new client is free of charge. So please call or email to discuss your individual requirements.
Of course, each client will have different needs but VyA keeps our payment structure as simple and affordable as possible. Please contact us to discuss our competitive hourly rates. A minimum of 1 hour is payable for any task undertaken, and then charged in 15 minute increments thereafter, so you only ever pay for the minutes we are used after the initial hour. The hourly rate is for our professional services, and does not include additional costs that might be incurred, for example, postage or courier costs.
New clients are asked to pay 50% of the quoted price before any work commences. The additional 50% will be invoiced on completion of work, and should be paid strictly within 14 days.
All Lifestyle Management Services (hotel bookings, travel, floral ordering etc.) must be paid directly by the customer at the time of booking with no exceptions.
Tasks required outside of the regular working hours of 9am - 5pm may incur additional charges, but we strive to be as flexible as we possible can be.
Prices are not currently subject to VAT.
Retainer Packages
Retainer packages are an excellent way of obtaining a priority service, and are perfect for customers who know that they always need a certain amount of work to be met every month. A retainer is agreed with the client before work commences and can be anything from 20 hours per month upwards. Retainer packages are payable in advance so please contact us if you require full information on this service.
